With over eighteen years in the hair industry and almost a decade of working in New York, she brings her creative flair back to her home town of the twin cities. With accolades from Allure magazine as one of the top colorist in manhattan and her technical skills combined with positive demeanor she aims to bring out the best features.
Desiree is a firm believer that beauty radiates from within and she has a passion for bringing that to the surface through her talents. While she enjoys all aspects of hair, her top favorites are curly hair, short cuts, colors and styles. Her goal is to create an entire experience that lasts until your next hair appointment. You will not only look your best but will feel confident and comfortable, ready for any occasion.
Tricia O’Connell
A former educator at The Aveda Institute, Tricia brings 20+ years experience behind the chair to D’luxe. A lover of all hair types and textures, she is very comfortable with razor cuts as well as coloring, blonding, grey blending, corrective color and special occasion and bridal hair.

Brittni has been passionate about the hair and beauty industry for most of her life, so she is definitely living out her dream as a professional hair designer. Not only is providing an excellent and relaxing service for each of her clients a top priority, she is great at educating her guests on home maintenance and how to care for hair between visits. With over a decade of technical experience in creative hair design, Brittni loves perfecting beautiful updos and event styles, alongside custom cuts and color services. She is also an expert at providing a calming therapeutic scalp massage, and long-lasting luxury blowouts that will leave your hair fresh and bouncy for days. Her advanced educational training within the industry and her particular attentive nature has helped her learn to cater to each individual client need. Her heart for making people feel better and her genuinely nuturing personality is why she truly enjoys life as a stylist - and why you’ll love being in her chair. Whether you are coming in for subtle upkeep or a dramatic change, you’re sure to leave relaxed, refreshed, and with fabulous hair. When she’s not behind the chair - you can find Brittni slaying wedding hair on the weekends and catching up on the latest thrilling crime podcast/book/show. She’s also got quite a few DIY projects she’s working on with her husband, at their new fixer upper!
